ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS;IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED THEIR ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Before using any service offered in the Lifestyle Saint Inc. site, you read and agree to these “Terms of Service” (hereafter referred to as Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use any Services provided by Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BluBirds LLC. These Terms should be checked by Clients from time to time in order to check for updates or modifications. The most updated version of these Terms can be accessed by clicking on the Policy link available in the Lifestyle Saint.com site. These Terms of Service, are a legal agreement that governs your use of the Services offered by Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC (hereafter referred to as Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BLUBIRDS LLC), including but not limited to, architecture design, interior design, consulting provided by Lifestyle Saint Inc. BLUBIRDS LLC and licensed by Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC inc . By using or accessing the aforementioned Services, you (hereafter referred to as “User” or “Clients”) agree to be legally bound to these Terms. If clients continue using any Services provided by Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC, after any modification has been made, they shall automatically accept to those modifications. Any continued use of the Services shall be deemed as an acceptance to those modifications. If clients do not accept any modification, they must not continue using the Services. The User agrees not to use the Services for any purpose other than the ones specifically mentioned in these Terms. Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Client that a User may have established if, according to Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BLUBIRDS LLC’ sole judgment, the User has incurred a violation of personal integrity or harassment of any of these Terms. reserves the right to make changes to the LifestyleSaint.com site or suspend any Services without notice at any time. By accepting these Terms and using the aforementioned Services, Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC grants the User a membership to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Fees
Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC may charge retainer fees to access certain Services on the Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC sites. Clients hereby agree to pay all fees or charges incurred by their account, including taxes, in accordance with these Terms and the billing terms for access to the Services that are in effect at the time that the fee or charge becomes payable or retained. The Services may include consulting, interior design, architectural design (hereafter referred to as “Design) including, goods that may be purchased from Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BLUBIRDS LLC for money. The Service may also include purchasing or sourcing items (hereafter referred to as Goods) that may be purchased from Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BLUBIRDS LLC for money. USERS PURCHASE OF SERVICES OR OTHER CONSULTING GOODS IS FINAL AND SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE REFUNDABLE, AND EXPIRE AFTER ONE YEAR IS NOT USED BY THE CLIENT. UNUSED RETAINER, IS NOT TRANSFERABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED IF THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED OR SUSPENDED FOR OVER A YEAR, OR DISRESPCTFUL BEHAVIOR CAN LOSE THE RETAINER WITHOUT REASON, Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC HAS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. Lifestyle Saint Inc., BLUBIRDS LLC also retains the right to initiate any legal action as deemed appropriate. BLUBIRDS LLC accounts. Lifestyle Saint Inc. , BLUBIRDS LLC has no liability to and will not reimburse any User for any aforementioned services or consulting items lost due to the Cleint’s violation of these Terms. Price and availability of the services are subject to change at any time and without notice at Lifestyle Saint Inc. BLUBIRDS LLC’ sole discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in US Dollars.
